The Company announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the annual general meeting held earlier today have been duly approved, including the following:

1. an ordinary resolution to approve the disposal of the Huddersfield Property;

2. a special resolution to allow the Company to communicate with its shareholders and debt security holders by electronic means; and

3. a special resolution to approve the change of Company name to Springdoo plc.

Dealings under the Company’s new name of Springdoo plc (AIM: SDOO) are expected to commence at 8am on 3 December 2007.
