CityBlock plc (the "Company") Grant of options

The Company announces today that it has granted the following options to certain
directors of the Company to subscribe for ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the
Company ("Options"):

               Lee Dudack                           1,201,381


The Options are exercisable at 13.125p per share for a period of up to 10 years
from the date of grant.

Adam Freeman and Lee Dudack do not have any other interest in the Company's
ordinary share capital.
