The Company announces that following the approval of the resolutions put to shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting held on 30 August 2007, the disposal of Cityblock Holdings Limited (as set out in the announcement dated 24 July 2007) completed on 31 August 2007. At the same time 5,688,723 Ordinary Shares were purchased from John Trevor Bargh by the Company and cancelled.

The number of Ordinary Shares admitted to trading on AIM is now 19,353,374.
