In accordance with AIM Rule 17, the Company provides the following update to the
details disclosed for Richard Hughes, non-executive director of the Company,
pursuant to sub-paragraphs (iii) to (viii) inclusive of paragraph (g) of
Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Richard Hughes is a non-executive director of The Debt Advisor Group plc which,
on 29 June 2007, announced the appointment of administrators.
